Ingredients for the Avocado Cream
1 cup - Avocado Paste
1/2 cup hung yoghurt
1/2 cup chilled fresh cream
2 to 3 tsp lemon juice,

2 cloves minced garlic
to taste - salt

Ingredient for the Grilled Paneer
4 slices - Paneer

Ingredients for the Open Slider

2 pcs - Burger bread (sliced horizontally into halves) or toasted bread slices
To apply - Butter
2 tsp - Extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp - Avocado cream
Few drops - Tabasco
12 slices - Tomato
To taste - Salt
4 slices - Avocado
To taste - Salt
4 slices - Grilled Paneer
8 pcs - Bottled olives (slice)
4 tsp - Microgreens
Optional :
4 slices - Cheese slices

Method forAvocado cream
Mix 
hung yoghurt, chilled fresh cream, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
(Peel the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the pulp and beat it with a fork into a paste)
Add 1 cup of the avocado paste to it and mix well and use as required.

Method for the Grilled Paneer
Cut the paneer into 4 slices, each of 1/4 th inch thickness and little smaller than the bread diameter.
Heat the griddle and roast until it turns light brown.

Method for the Open Slider
Apply butter on all the bread slices.
Heat the griddle, roast both the sides till slightly crispy.
Spread 3/4 Tbsp of the avocado cream on one bread slice and drizzle the tabasco.
Layer 4 slices of tomatoes over it, drizzle 1/2 tsp of olive oil and then sprinkle some salt.
Arrange one big slice of avocado and again sprinkle some salt over it.
Top it with one slice of paneer, few slices of olives and 1 tsp of micro greens.
. Repeat this process with the other three slices of the bread.
. Serve as an open burger.
