Dates fried rice {190}

Ingredients
11/2 cups - Boiled brown rice
11/2 Tbsp - Oil
2 tsp - Ginger (finely chopped)
2 to 3 pcs - Green chillies (finely chopped)
15 slices of Orange (cut into four)
7 pcs - Dates [Khajur] (remove the seeds, chop into small pieces)
1/4 th cup - Spring onion with the leaves (chop finely)
To taste - Salt
8 leaves - Basil leaves (tear into halves)
3 Tbsp - Goat cheese (crumbled)

Method
Heat the oil in a pan, then add the ginger and green chillies.
Saute till it is light pinkish in colour.
Add the slices of oranges and dates.
When it release its fragrance, add the spring onions, rice and salt.
Now add the basil leaves, goat cheese.
Remove from the heat and serve hot.
