Difference between Feta and Goat Cheese.

FETA CHEESE

Sheep milk and 30% goat milk.

Higher in cholesterol and carbohydrates.

Tangy, salty and sometimes bitter.

Chunky.

Cost is lesser.

Complements dips, dressings, sauces and greens.

Good in when on weight loss diet as it has less calories.

GOAT CHEESE

It is made entirely of goat’s milk.

Higher in calories and protein.

Saltier and similar to cream cheese.

Crumbly or chalky.

More expensive.

Used in heavier savoury meals.

Good for heart conditions because it has less cholesterol and sodium.
