An aromatic glazing sauce
1 Tbsp - Butter
1 Tbsp - Brown sugar
1 tsp - Ginger powder
Melt butter, brown sugar and ginger powder on low heat.
Stir until it is of a saucy consistency.
It can be used to coat carrots, fruits or cookies.
