1/2 cup - Walnuts
2 tsp - Mixed Herbs or 1 tsp each – Basil and Oregano leaves, chopped finely
1 Tbsp - Butter
To taste - Salt
To taste - Chilli flakes
Preheat the oven at 160 degree C for 5 to 7 minutes.
Spread the walnuts in the oven tray.
Put the tray in the oven.
Roast for 6 to 8 minutes, checking and stirring it twice.
Remove and let it cool slightly.
In the meantime, heat the butter.
When melted, remove it from the flame.
Add the herbs, salt and the chilli flakes.
Then add the prepared walnuts to this mix.
