Mango coulis (recipe given below)
9 scoops - Coconut ice-cream [Natural Icecream]
2 bars - Granola bar [Natures valley crunchy Oat’s n honey] (pound to crush the bar into smaller pieces)
To taste - Red chilli powder
Ingredients for the mango coulis
3 - Ripe and firm mangoes
2 Tbsp or adjust to taste - Fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp or adjust to taste - Powdered sugar
Method for the mango coulis
Peel and slice the mangoes.
Discard the pit.
Blend the mangoes and the lime juice.
Then add the sugar and blend once again.
Assembling
Put one to two scoops of coconut ice-cream in a dessert bowl.
Pour the mango coulis over it.
Sprinkle the chilli powder and the granola on it.
Repeat in the remaining bowls.
Serve immediately.
