Ingredients for the Mex Easy Dip
2 Tbsp - Mayonnaise (Fun Food or Kraft)
2 Tbsp - Ranch dressing ( from any grocery store)
1 Tbsp - Sweet corn
1 Tbsp - Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 Tbsp - Red bell peppers (very finely cut)
1 Tbsp - Red onion (grated)

Ingredients for the Mexican Salad
1/4 pc - Broccoli {Fiber and Vitamin-C, A, K, B-complex}
1 small pc - Ginger
1 pc - Avocado (Ripe) {Vitamin-C, K, B6, Potassium}
1/2 - Grapefruit (Peel and remove into segments) {Vitamin-C}
2 pcs - Tangerine (Peel and remove into segments) {Vitamin-A}


Method for the Mex Easy Dip
Mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing, sweet corn, cheddar cheese, red bell peppers and red onion.

Method for the Mexican Salad
Boil the broccoli with ginger and water. Immediately dip in it cold water, so it becomes crunchy.
Divide the avocado into half, remove the seed, scoop the avocado with a large spoon and chop it.
Layer the broccoli, avocado, grapefruit and tangerine.
Serve with Mex Easy Dip and crunchy tortillas strips.
