Tortillas
ingredient
6 tortillas (for the recipe -Tortillas or Tostadas or Taco Shells)
Method
Roll tortillas to 5” diameter rounds and cut them into squares of 3.5 inches.
Roast them on the girddle and keep it aside.
The Spread
Ingredients
200 gms - Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp - Taco Seasoning
2 Tbsp - Red Bell Peppers (finely cut lengthwise)
2 Tbsp - Jalapeno peppers (finely chopped)
1 clove- Garlic (finely chopped)
1 pc - Green Chili (finely chopped)
Lettuce Leaves (Shredded)
Method
Mix all “The Spread” ingredients.
Spread this mix on the square tortilla.
Fold into a triangle shape and press it at the edges.
Do the same with the rest of the tortillas.
Roast them very lightly before serving.
Storage
It can be made a day before. wrapped in an aluminum foil and kept in the fridge.
