Deconstructed Dahiwada :
Take a plain white soup plate.
Put a thick layer of finely chopped coriander on the inner periphery.
Dip the wada in masala dahi and place it in the centre of the plate.
Sprinkle the masala in a thin line next to the coriander on the outer rim of the plate.
Sprinkle some masala (rock salt,red chilli powder & roasted cumin seed powder) on it.
Dip the square pieces of boiled potatoes in green chutney and place them on the outer edge of the plate at equal spacing.
