Ingredients
1/2 litre- Milk
1 1/2 to 2 tsp - Lemon juice
2 tsp - Honey
20 leaves - Mint leaves [Pudina] (chop finely)
2 Tbsp - Grated chocolate (put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes for easier, non messy handling)
2 Tbsp (20 gms) - Shelled pistachios (shells pre-removed)
2 tsp - Powdered sugar (to roll the pistachios in)
1 cup - Water
1 pc - Mango (chop into small pieces)
Method
Step 1 …. Pistachios
Boil the water and turn off the heat.
Immediately put the pistachios in it.
After half a minute, strain and discard the water.
Put the pistachios on a soft cloth or napkin and rub it well.
The skin will separate from it.
Take the pistachios, slice it and roll it in powdered sugar.
Step 2 …. Herbed paneer
Boil the milk.
Turn off the heat and put the lemon juice in it.
Stir for few minutes till the whey separates.
Strain out the whey and the paneer is ready for further use.
Add the honey and the mint leaves.
Assembly
STARTER
As an individual starter cup.
DESSERT ON A BUFFET TABLE
Serve it individually
or
Set in a dish and serve
