Gari is provided to cleanse your palate between bites.
Ginger has antiseptic properties and helps to ease stomach nausea.
Ingredients
1 pc - Ginger (gari) (thinly slice or peel it with the peeler into a few leaves)
1/2 tsp - Sugar
2 Tbsp - Vinegar
1/4 pc - Beet root (chop into cubes)
Method
Sweet, young ginger marinated in a solution of sugar, vinegar and beet root.
Serve it as a palate cleanser or on the side while plating a dish.
