A healthy sauce that can be used as a dip to be served with starters and crudites.
It does very well as a marinade.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp - Pine nut
10 pcs - Spinach leaves
2 Tbsp - Light soy sauce
1 tsp - Sesame oil
1/2 tsp - Togarashi or Dried red chilli powder
3 tsp - Brown sugar
4 Tbsp - Rice vinegar
1/2 tsp - Vegetables oil
2 Tbsp - Sesame seeds (roasted)
2 pcs - Spring onion with leaves (chop finely)
Method
Blend the pine nuts and spinach leaves.
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, red chilli powder, sugar, vinegar, half of the vegetable oil and slowly add the rest of the oil to a smooth paste.
Add sesame seeds and spring onion.
