An Indian-Maharashtrian popular Shrikhand can be eaten with the fruits

Ingredients
2 cups - Curd (made from buffalo milk)
1/2 cup - Sugar
1/4 tsp - Cinnamon {Dalchini} powder
4-5 threads - Saffron

For Garnishing
4 slices - Oranges (peel and cut into 2 pieces)
A few - Pomegranate seeds
Wheat flakes
Chocolate (grated)

Method
Tie the curd overnight.
Next morning add the sugar, cinnamon powder, saffron threads and leave for 1 to 2 hours.
Pulse for a second in a blender.
In a glass put the oranges, 3 spoons shrikhand, pomegranate seeds, 1 spoon shrikhand, wheat flakes and chocolate on it.
