Soak the meduwadas for 20 to 25 minutes.
Then squeeze out the water, break them into pieces with the help of a spoon.
(they will break easily as they have become soft)
In a bowl add curd (thick), salt, sugar, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, rock salt and whisk it.
Soak the meduwadas in this seasoned curd.
Let it stay there for a couple of minutes.
Next put 2 to 3 pieces of it (along with..the curd) in the shot glass, top it with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Garnish with red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve the dahi-meduwadas as a starter or snack.
