Ingredients
1/2 pc - Iceberg lettuce (cut long and fine)
1/2 pc - Chinese cabbage or Regular cabbage (cut long and fine)
1 pc - Green Apple (dice)
60 gms - Tofu or paneer (dice)
1 Tbsp - Extra virgin olive oil
70 gms - Pasta (boiled)
1/2 (30 gms) - Corn (steam)
Few leaves - Basil leaf (tear)
4 leaves - Betel leaf (shred)
French dressing
2 tbsp - White wine vinegar
To taste - Salt
To taste - Pepper
2 1/2 tsp - Dijon mustard
3 tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves - Garlic (finely crushed)
Mix the vinegar with the salt and pepper in a jar (put the lid on and shake till the salt dissolves completely)
Add the Dijon Mustard, Oil and Garlic and shake well.
Method
Mix all the ingredients of the salad.
Add the dressing and toss it.
