MY FAVOURITE ZATZIKI {05}

Ingredients
200 grms - Hung yoghurt (tie 400 gms of regular yoghurt in a muslin cloth for 30 to 40 minutes)
1 pc - Cucumber (cubed)
4 pcs - Dried apricot {Vitamin A, Iron}
1 Tbsp - Sesame seeds (roasted)
1 Tbsp - Pine nuts
1 pc - Green chillies (deseeded and chopped finely)
1 tsp - Roasted cumin seed powder
To taste - Salt
1 Tbsp - Blue berry (dried or fresh)
1 Tbsp - Coriander leaves
2 Tbsp - Black raisins
5 pcs - Dried figs (cut into fours)
1 1/2 Tbsp - Pecan nut (roasted)
1 tsp - Sugar
Method
Mix all the ingredeints together and refrigerate it.
Serve the chilled zatziki
