A mushroom clear soup, light soup, tasty soup
Ingredients
1 Tbsp - Butter
1 Tbsp - Olive oil
100 gms or 1/2 packet - Mushrooms (Fresh white button Mushroom)
1/2 pc - Onion
2 pcs - Spring onion with leaves
4 cloves - Garlic
6 pcs - French beans (finely chop)
1/2 pc - Carrot (finely chop)
1/4 cup - Cauliflower (finely chop)
1/4 inch - Ginger
1/4 cup - Capsicum (finely chop)
4 cups - Boiled Water
To taste - Salt
To taste - Pepper
1 Tbsp - Balsamic vinegar
Method
Heat the butter and olive oil, add the mushrooms along with pinch of salt.
Reduce the heat and continue cooking till the mushroom are golden brown.
Add the onion, spring onion, garlic, french beans, carrot, cauliflower, ginger, capsicum and cook for some time more.
Add the boiled water, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
