On the go gluten free meal

Take half a cup of cooked rice in a bowl.
Add half a cup cooked daal to it.
Now add 1/4 th cup bittergourd (or any other vegetable of your liking) cooked vegetable.
Add 1/4 th cup of paneer preparation to it.
Then top it with 1/4 th cup of plain curd.
Garnish with 1/4th cup of sliced cabbage,few onion slices and green onions or spring onions.
Your lunch bowl is ready to be eaten as a quick healthy, on the go meal.
