Take a plain milky white dinner plate.
Arrange the microgreens on its periphery (near the outside edges)
Randomly drizzle the balsamic vinegar next to the leaves.
Carefully place your food (salad, saute, side dish or a single main dish) in the centre of the plate.
Serve individual plates to each of your guests.
