Ingredients
1 - Toasted bread
1 1/2 tsp - Cream cheese spread (Amul or GO jalapeno spread)
4 pieces - Jalapenos (chopped into fours)
4 pieces - Olives (chopped into fours)
3 to 4 leaves - Baby spinach (roll and cut finely)
2 to 3 leaves - Iceberg lettuce (roll and chop finely)
1 tsp - Masala quinoa pops (Available with Organic farmers co on 9870435368)
1/4 tsp - Oregano
Method
1) Apply the cream cheese spread on the toasted bread
2) Put the jalapenos & olives on it.
3) Gently mix both the leaves and place all over the bread.
4) Finaly top it with oregano and quinoa pops.
Its ready to be served
