Put the Refried Beans, Mexican Rice, Guacamole or Tomatillo sauce, Sour Cream, Salsa or cherry tomato salsa, Shredded Salad, Cheese, Grilled Bellpeppers and Hot Sauce or Chilli Sauce on the Tortillas or Toastadas or Tacos.
The main course can be assembled and served or can be kept separately and the guests can assemble it themselves as they like.

Changing the water quite often while soaking the beans helps a lot in digesting them and avoiding gas formation in the intestine.
