Put the Refried Beans, Mexican Rice, Guacamole or Tomatillo sauce, Sour Cream, Salsa or cherry tomato salsa, Shredded Salad, Cheese, Grilled Bellpeppers and Hot Sauce or Chilli Sauce on the Tortillas or Toastadas or Tacos.
The main course can be assembled and served or can be kept separately and the guests can assemble it themselves as they like.

    This is NOT a creative menu and it is NOT mexican. There ARE Mexican ingredients, that doesn't make it Mexican. Any real chef would know this is a lazy Tex Mex menu by someone who lacks creativity or exposure to real Mexican cusine.
