Ingredients
1 Tbsp - Oil
1/2 cup - Carrot (cut into thin diagonal slices)
3/4 cup - Cabbage (cut into thin diagonal slices)
1/2 cup - French beans (cut into thin diagonal slices)
2 tsp - Ginger (pounded)
2 tsp - Garlic (pounded)
1 tsp - Flour (maida)
1 1/2 tsp - Cornflour
Tomato stock
Ingredients
3pcs - Tomatoes (chop into 4 pieces
1/2 inch - Bottle gourd (loki,dudhi) (chop into 4 pieces)
1 pc - Onion (chop into 4 pieces)
To taste - Salt
1 litre - Water
Method
Boil all the ingredients along with the water in a pressure cooker for one to two whistle.
Method for the soup
Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic, ginger and saute.
Add the carrot,cabbage, frenchbeans, cornflour and flour.
Cook for two to three minutes, add the tomato stock and boil for 15 to 20 mins.
Finally add the soya sauce and the vinegar.
Serve hot.
