Brandy snaps-Wow-Awesome gingerly flavoured desserts bites.
Crushed brandy snaps to add a flavoured, crunchy bite to your ice creams and trivia.
(20 pieces)
Method
Grease a baking tray with a little oil.
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Drop a teaspoon of the mixture on the baking tray, about 6” apart.
Bake at 190 degree C 10 minutes until it is light caramel in colour.
Pour some ice cream on the crushed snaps and top it with the chopped strawberries and the remaining brandy snap rounds.
