PASTA BALSAMIC SALAD[84]

A salad full of flavours
A fresh feel salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup - Penne pasta (boil it)

2 tsp - Olive oil

To taste - Salt

1 tsp - Chilli flakes

1 pc - Orange (peel and remove the white pith and cut the segments into half)

2 tsp - Balsamic vinegar

3 pcs - Dried peach (cut lengthwise)

2 tsp - Pine nuts

15 pcs - Mint leaves

2 Tbsp - Chocolate (grated)

3 Tbsp - Ice berg lettuce (shredded)


Method

Heat the oil in a pan, add the pasta, salt and chilli flakes.

Saute for few minutes. Let it cool.

Remove it in a bowl, add the oranges, balsamic vinegar, dried peach, pine nuts, mint leaves, chocolate, lettuce.

Gently toss the mix and leave it for 8 hours in the refrigerator to let the marinade process take place.

Serve cold.
