SPICY MINT SAUCE[97]

An excellent spicy and leafy marinade.

Ingredients for the Marinade
1/2 cup (40 pcs) - Mint leaves (tear into halves)
3 cloves - Garlic (chop finely)
2 Tbsp - Red chilli flakes
2 1/2 Tbsp - Light soy sauce
2 Tbsp - Sesame oil
1 tsp - Sesame seeds
4 Tbsp - Rice vinegar
2 Tbsp - Brown sugar


Method
Mix all the ingredients to make the marinade.
Pour the marinade on the tofu, paneer or eggplant or use it as a sauce.
Let it stand for 30 minutes.
