A quick sauce for the South-East Asian cuisine.
It can be used along with starters like dimsums, spring rolls, wonton or served with gyoza, pot stickers and steamed dumplings, It can also be used while cooking curries.

Ingredients
4 pcs - Dried Kashmiri chillies
4 pcs - Garlic
2 tsp - Light soy sauce
2 tsp - Rice vinegar

Method
Deseed and soak the chillies for half an hour.
Blend it with the garlic.
Mix the soy sauce and vinegar in it.
Serve with starters like dimsums, spring rolls, wonton, gyoza, pot stickers or steamed dumplings.
It can be used in curries too.
