An enjoyable and comfortable way of serving snacks and desserts
thru discussions, book readings and card sessions.
Serving Technique
Put the food on a butter plate (diameter five inches).
Now place this plate on a quarter plate (diameter six to seven inches) and serve.
When the guests finish with this snack, remove their soiled butter plate.
The rest of the snacks whether in a glass, a bowl or by itself can be placed on their respective quarter plates.
