FALAFEL PEARLS
TAHINI SAUCE
CHILLI SAUCE
Greens orange, honey-glazed walnut and feta salad
PLATEING
In a platter put a few cabbage leaves.
Put the tahini sauce on the cabbage leaf.
Place a round on it and again pour some tahini sauce and chilli sauce on it.
Top it with another cabbage leaf.
Repeat for all the leaves.
Alternatively stuff 2 to 3 rounds in a pita pocket (option-toasted), top with both the sauces and finely cut cabbage, tomato, parsley and lettuce leaves.
Put the salad and lavache or pita in a bowl and place it on the platter.
